How did your company get started?
China is a big country. The green and natural cosmetic industry is in the early stages. I thought it has great potential.
What makes your company unique?
All our products are handmade, using only natural ingredients, like olive oil from the supermarket, herbs from tea shop, and plant extract pure essential oils. From the colour to the smell, all of our products are completely natural.
What has been your favorite thing about running your own business?
Running a business itself is a very exhausted thing, yet I’m enjoying it very much. I love the feeling of success, and I want people to start to know more about the importance of using natural skin care products on their bodies and faces . Not all big brands are honest and good as might think.
How do you choose what ingredients to use in your products?
Most of the ingredients I used in our products are edible, or you can use them to make a really nice cup of afternoon tea, with ingredients like rose, chamomile, or jasmine.
What is your favorite thing about the Saturday markets?
Getting to know different people, making some friends , and witnessing those business that started small at the weekend market grow bigger and bigger. It’s very inspiring.
What is your favorite place or thing to do in Shanghai?
I like meeting new people from different backgrounds, and getting to know them, because when you talk to them ,you always get some great ideas. Also,I love to explore different styles of restaurants in Shanghai. I also enjoy going to the clubs and bars.
